Tarımda eğitimli, bilinçli kadın çiftçi nüfusunun artışının, sürdürülebilir bir toplum, sürdürülebilir yerel kalkınma ve sürdürülebilir bir aile ekonomisi için, kadının çalışma hayatına aktif katılımını sağlamak için önemli bir araç olduğu görüşünde olan Tekfen, kadın çiftçileri desteklenmesi için yürüttüğü proje pilot bölge olarak Ege Bölgesi’nde 80 kadın çiftçiye ulaşıyor. Tekfen TİSVA ile bu proje için güçlerini birleştirdi. Projenin amacı, tarımda çalışma isteği olup ancak kendi girişimini kuracak maddi imkânı olmayan kadınlara, mikrokredi desteği ile kendi küçük tarım işletmelerini başlatmaya ve bunu sürdürülebilir bir biçimde işletmelerine destek olmak. Proje kredi sağlamanın yanı sıra, temel tarım eğitimi ve teknik danışmanlık hizmetleri de kadın çiftçilere sağlanmaktadır.

Analiz Amacı

Projenin üç ayağının (kredi, eğitim, teknik danışmanlık) kadın çiftçiler için yarattığı değişim ve bu değişimlerin değerini tespit etmek.
